Throttle and shift cable (chaparral sunesta 243)

Any suggestions on what length throttle and shift cable I need for 2002 chaparral sunesta 243? Also, what’s the best place to purchase?

Volvo or Merc? Mine is a merc, and if I remember right when I did mine I believe it will be on the end, stamped on the sleeve.
I always start with my dealer, and he will tell me what is good. Sometimes stay with original and sometimes he will say aftermarket is good.
 
Thanks! It’s a merc. I checked the ends yesterday on the motor and didn’t see numbers. Would it be in the throttle side?
 
Sorry, I am not sure. If you call a Merc dealer, they should be able to help. Let us know how you make out. The info may help someone else.
 
UPDATE: Mechanic came to inspect the throttle and gear cables and found that the harness had come off on one of the cable and they were adjusted incorrectly. He was able to fix onsite without having to replace anything and only charged me $100. Very happy with the outcome.

Great! I would hang on to him, sounds like he is reasonable.
