Phillbo Well-known member Aug 10, 2023 #7 The sign is to prevent people from driving down the ramp and turning around at the water line and blocking traffic. I'm luck. My ramp is 1/2 mile long and 12 lanes wide. Plenty of room to turn around at the bottom.
