In a 30yr old Motor Boat& Sailing magazine page that I saved about how to tie a certain knot, I found this article about Penetrol and how it would rejuvenate faded fiberglass. There are a lot of articles on it, and its uses. One of them is that it will stick to about anything. So I am having trouble getting paint to stick on my anchor line and chain. Its main use is to be added to oil base paint, and it can be used on its own.
