Whats funny about the SS Minnow, the shows pilot was in 63 and started in 64. Could the boat be older?

How did the figure of 41.5 miles come about? Its range must be farther than that.
 
Not sure but maybe like cars, the 1964 model came out in 63.
It was a 3 hour cruise. going by how far it could go on a 3 hour cruise. Now would that be 1.5 hours out and 1.5 back?
 
The funny part about this for me is, that I do not have a clue as to what it means.
I guess that comes from being old and sheltered.:)

It's not the fall that will kill but the sudden stop. Death by deceleration is what I call it... It's a skydiving joke.

Thanks, I understand the first part.
I have a grand daughter and her husband that are into that, maybe I should them a copy.
 
Is the formula: Force = mass x the Change in Velocity divided by the Change in Time? I think so.....
 
What's with the expansion of the outdrives? Is this just a fad or is there some advantage to having all of these engines.
