Boat run fine all day long and park overnight and will not fire after and takes forever to crank all most seems like is flooding push the throttle down and still will not fire new batteries and is on shore power charging all night with great cranking but will not start after a bunch of time cranking it fires up and runs like it is flooded and once it runs and clean it out run and cranks up and runs great

I had a similar issue with a Baja w/454. It was the fuel pump. It would loose prime and it was weak so it would not supply enough fuel to the carbonator to get it going at beginning of the boating day. Then it would run all day without a hitch. Before I figured it out I was priming the carb with a wee bit of fuel then turning over. Fired right up. That helped me and my mechanic figure out the solution. New fuel pump and the issue was gone.
