For some strange reason, we had two boat shows within 10 days of each other.
The first show was something like 90% pontoon boats, 5% fishing boats and 5% power boats. No Chaparral's. But there was one boat there I liked. A Sea Ray 320a. It had a lot of stand up room including the toilet/shower room.
The next show was more like 85% power boats and a mix of everything else Chaparral had a lot on display. (No Sig 270 like the good old days
)
The boat that naturally got my attention was the 23SSI.
It’s a nice boat but I favor a cuddy rather than an open bow. But I do like the walk through window which I can’t do with mine.
The other thing I noticed is, it is pure plastic. Where I have lots of natural wood. Still a nice boat.
