2004 SSI 220 safety Killswitch location

Hello I am new to the forum just bought a 2004 SSI 220 The boat came in a manual and safety tether that clips to life jacket however I can find the location usually it was next to the ignition on boats I’ve had previously the only thing I can see is an on off switch on the throttle/gearshift so I’m wondering if the boat is even equipped with this feature if anybody can help me that be great thanks

the red lever on the control box is where the lanyard goes to.
