Yep, fairly terrified....

You will love it. The extra space, being able to spend the night on the boat so many pluses. As I'll guess you know the slower the better around the docks and around other boats.
I went from a 25ft to a 50ft houseboat when our first grandbaby was born. Awesome. It took a bit to get used to but truly was not bad at all. You'll pick it right up.
