20 HP Honda outboard, less than 20 hours total. At low idle, in gear, this thing will vibrate the boat so bad that you think the fillings in your teeth are going to fall out. The owner is strictly a trolling Muskie fisherman, so low idle is usually where the motor runs for hours. It shakes so...

Friend has a '96 40HP Merc Outboard. When he pulled his boat out of the water yesterday there looked like mud running out of the area behind the prop. Of course it was water mixed with gear lube. How hard is it to change the seal behind the prop? I'm guessing there is one there.

I would like to see pictures from there as well. I hear it's a great place to go. Good Luck......:beer:

I read about that in our local paper. Things like that occur all the time when there are management/owner changes. Hope it works out for them.

I was just teasing ya Doc. Everyone loves their boats. I've been on your houseboat and truly enjoyed every minute of it. There's something to be said about being on the water whether leisurely cruising or on a go fast boat. The houseboat show looks like it will be a big hit again this year.

Oh No, not me............I've "heard" that a boat is nothing but a hole in the water you toss money into. :hide: My co-worker tells me a boat owners dream is a bigger boat anyway. I'll stick to my tractor. The National Farm Machinery Show is 2 weekends before that. It fills the entire Expo Center.

Doc, The show is at the Expo Center where the National Farm Machinery Show is held later the same month. I've been there numerous times, nice facility. I usually stayed at the Executive Inn, right across the road from the entrance. It's a very old hotel, but it has a bed and a TV.........LOL...
