Great, first boat sank now I'm hearing load clicking noise from carburetor, I think. Only happens at near full throttle though. Doesn't do it while puttin around 20 RPMs. Any ideas???

Had a boat surveyed and it was recommended to get the fuel tanks off the "flat" surface for ventilation. My question is, what would someone recommend I place them on for ventilation? Thanks. Sue:tiphat:
