swampings at anchor

noticed this on another site and was curious just how you could swamp and flip this way. unless you anchor line is going vertical ?
I`ve been in up to 12 footers and never worried about a swamp.only one i know of was anchored by a siern cleat.
Ideas???

I've heard (and read) that there is no faster way to sink your boat than to anchor at both ends. For river boating I understand it's okay, but on the ocean or a big lake where waves can come from nowhere it can swamp you and then the trouble begins.

Not sure if that is what your original post was talking about though.
